How to Shop Online (non-gift list customers)

To shop online select a category to the left-hand side of the page. You may be asked to select from a sub-category.

Browsing products - scroll through the list of products on the page, or select another page to view (there are 10 products shown per page). You can click on a product to view further details and more pictures.

To buy a product select the relevant options and quantities after clicking on a product and viewing its details, then select the 'Add to Basket' button. The product is then added to Your Basket.

Your Basket displays the products which you have selected to purchase. You can continue shopping and Your Basket will remember your items as you progress through the website.

Checkout - the checkout is within a secure, encrypted environment where you enter your delivery and payment details to complete your order.

How to Shop Online (gift list customers)

To shop online go to the Guests Login, then enter the supplied Gift List number and Guest Password.

Browsing products - scroll through the list of products on the page. You can click on a product's name to view a picture.

To buy a product select the the 'Buy It' button. The product is then added to Your Basket. Please note that the 'Buy It' button will be disabled if the product has already been purchased by another guest.

Your Basket displays the products which you have selected to purchase. You can return to the main Gift List and Your Basket will remember your items as you progress.

Checkout - the checkout is within a secure, encrypted environment where you enter your payment details to complete your order. Home Image takes care of the delivery of your gifts.

Delivery Information

Most orders are delivered to your door within 14 days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

We charge £3.95 postage and packing for any orders under £30.00 in value. Orders in excess of £30.00 are delivered carriage free.

Postage and packing, if paid, will not be refunded after 7 days from the date of delivery unless the item is faulty.

Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 7am and 5pm. If nobody is available to receive and sign for consignments they will be left in a safe location (complying with any instructions given) or with a neighbour. If this is not possible a card will be left with the carrier's telephone number. Please call the number to arrange for redelivery.

If you wish to have your complete order delivered to a neighbour or relative who will accept delivery for you, please enter their name and address in the "Delivery Details" section of the online checkout. We will send them a £5.00 reward voucher as a 'thank you'.

We regret that we cannot deliver to any address outside mainland UK.
