Cancellations & Refunds

Home Image Ltd want you to be delighted with your order and the product(s) you receive.

Complaints or notification of damages must be made within 3 working days of receipt of goods.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item, apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order by sending or delivering to us a letter, fax or e-mail cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase.

Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation or return.
